Midas Bootmaker

Midas Bootmaker began as a division of Winson Shoemaker in 2021. Winson Shoemaker was founded by Emil Rahmana Putra in 2014.

Midas Bootmaker operates a workshop in Bandung with eight employees. Monthly production averages about 30 pairs of shoes.

Midas Bootmaker uses traditional hand-welting techniques in its shoe construction. The company makes its products in small batches from its Bandung workshop.

Midas Bootmaker produces several models of boots. Offerings have included service boots and moc toe boots made with brown pull-up or roughout leather. Some models include cap toe styles and have used both regular and suede finishes. Selected models have been released through collaborations with retailers such as Skolyx.
