Very comfortable, hard wearing boots

Been wearing these 6 days a week on average over the last 4 months. Done dog walks to long hikes to my daily commute.

The black double shot is breaking in and patinas beautifully. It’s slow going but I think in three years these will look amazing. It’s a tough leather, I’ve seen absolutely no grain break which can be an issue with some other brands tea core (looking at you redwing) and it has also been stood on accidentally wacked against trees and used to nudge some bricks into place. Still looks great.

These are very very comfortable for me. The arch support is amazing and it has really shaped to my foot. There’s a good amount of room and width in the toe box while not being too voluminous around the instep.

A nicely designed pair of shoes. I wouldn’t put the finishing up to the level of my John Lofgrens but these look like hardy boots. I’ve had a lot of comments from colleagues saying something along the lines of what mountain are you kicking over after this. That’s what I wanted from these boots.

Great pair of soles. Aren’t wearing down too fast. I have good traction 99 percent of the time which I can’t say for any other shoe I own.

Great pair of boots. Very pleased with the fit. I think they look fantastic with a wider pair of trousers to go with the bulky look of them.
