Boots that lived up to their reputation (despite a few QC issues)

First week i aerated the lawn with a pitchfork. I regret two things: getting my new boots muddy and not wearing gloves.
Helping friends and family with car maintenance, oil change and repairs.
I still ride my moped to work everyday in rain, snow and salted ice roads. Clerking, moving boxes, pallets, assembeling, transporting and repairing different disability equipment.
They have been worn in the woods and on lighter mountain hikes.
Walking around my local city and on vacation in London taking film photographs...."Read the full review
Went in wanting a grey colored boot that was going to patina and came out with a grey brown red boot

I said from the get go I wasn’t going to baby the boots I was just going to wear them and see how things turned out. This leather is pretty phenomenal in terms of its support, its durability, and its comfort one it is broken in.
Outside of everyday wear the single activity that I have used these the most for have been hiking. I went on at least one hike per month in them including day 1 for 5 miles or so. The most I did in a single day was a 13 mile hike.
I live in the desert so there tends to be a decent amount of rock scrambling and the thing that surprised me the most was how easy it was to get scuffs and scrapes out of the leather with just a little brushing with a horsehair brush...."Read the full review

Great first boot, except for a squeak!
Adelante The Havana in Chestnut Full GrainBy atgrey • April 3, 2024"I worked from home the majority of the Dome, but these made it to the office 2-3 times a week until February, and saw nearly all of my weekend wear, as well as many walks around the neighborhood and on paved trails in nearby arboretums.
Tried wearing them to shovel snow once, but didn't have enough traction to get the job done.
Most interestingly, my left foot was in a walking cast for the entire month of November, and you can see the effects of it being one month behind on Patina! Aside from one big scuff on the toe, the right boot is clearly more wrinkled/worn in..."Read the full review

As a hat maker I work from my home studio so my footwear gets gentle wear, however, over the thunderdome I took a position in the costume department at Cirque du Soleil and these were perfect for working backstage in the big top. They took me hiking, snow shoeing, dancing, and for miles and miles of walking. I’ve worn them with jeans, skirts dresses, overalls and shorts, there is really no occasion they don’t work for.
