The recent very cold weather in Washington want great, but I didn't really feel like I needed insulation. Standing outside in 30degree weather for six hours wasn't entirely unpleasant. I wonder if the lace to toe double vamp helped with that.

The only time I had an issue was when a bit of mold showed up after 25 straight days of working in damp, rainy conditions. But even that cleared up easily just by giving them sun and fresh air. I’m a huge hunter so I’ve walked through the woods in search of sheds, and locating best the hunting locations. Living on a 400 acre farm also comes with its own challenges and work. We have traveled to many states and walked the country lands in Alabama, the city streets in Philly, the beautiful campus at Yale in Connecticut, New York parks, New Jersey for some good food, on a horse ranch in South Carolina, across Georgia, backwoods of Oklahoma, snow mountains in Utah, and of course all over my home state Texas. My boots favorite adventure was traveling across the world to Bali where they experienced the warm humidity and occasional tropical rain! From the big adventure to the small adventure like gardening and going to the grocery store we have experienced a lot together but what makes my boots so special to me is they are made from the same hide of my husbands boots and we got matching pairs. The bulk of the work that I’ve done in these boots has been on a warehouse TI job roping, running EMT ranging from 3/4”-2.5”, and some underground work. On my own time these boots have carried me through a few projects including a residential rewire, digging a trench for a pool, rearranging receptacles for a salon and roping a brand new ADU.
