Nicks Handmade Boots
These were worn for casual and office wear with some outdoor activities and chores mixed in. The extra cold and snowy winter added plenty of salt too.
The leather has taken on a more caramel tone over the past 6 months. My regular care routine consisted of a wet rag to clean off dirt and salt followed by some brushing. I did apply Obenauf's once after a more thorough cleaning following a chainsaw oil spill that covered the boots.
The 55 last 10.5C fits me perfectly. I prefer the extra arch support over the HNW last and the heel is nice and snug.
Absolutely no issues with the Nicks craftsmanship. The boots have asymmetrical wrinkles which could bother those with OCD but I don't mind it.
The Vibram 430 is a great middle ground sole with just enough grip for some off-roading but not too much lug for office wear.

I really liked the 7' height for these boots with the dogger heel.
