They’ve seen the full range of everyday conditions: rain, snow, sleet, mud, and the occasional puddle.
Not abused, but definitely not avoided either. The approach has been simple. I wear them wherever I’ve gone without overthinking it.

Since this pair is a milestone, I decided to experiment and document what I call the “Earth Journey.” I wanted a brown boot with real depth,something that would evolve dramatically with wear. The idea starts with an olive base overdyed in dark brown. Maryam’s olive horsebutt begins as a deep green and naturally ages into a rich, earthy brown on its own, which is already beautiful.
