They've led a fairly sheltered life, but they do get all the flights whether for work or for pleasure.
The leather has held up reasonably well, but hasn't seen much tough work or abuse. It's held onto the green color and a little iridescence well. It does have a couple surface slices in the finish, but doesn't seem to be suffering despite the damage.
Love the Thurman 55 last. Good arch support, and a little more room for toe splay.
There are a couple inconsistencies between left and right, but nothing I can see while they're on my feet. Nothing I spotted when new or even considered complaining about.
It's my go to sole for everything not mud if I'm not in a wedge sole.
It's my go to sole for everything not mud if I'm not in a wedge sole. I much prefer this heel over the older Quabaug heel that Nicks used before.
Great boots, glad I was able to get them as a sample leather.
